Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
First of all the lady who checked me in was not friendly or hospitable at all. You have to be buzzed in and she didn’t greet me at all. Just looked at me so I said I had a reservation and she shoved a receipt for me to sign after giving her my ID and credit card. Didn’t tell me where my room was or anything. Just that I needed to be out by 11:00 the following day. Wi-Fi password was not readily given which seems to be their main selling point, along with their television channel selection supposedly.
She put me in a room directly across from construction being done so it was quite dusty and noisy. The parking spaces were backwards. I wish I took a picture. Very difficult to back into especially with construction materials in the way.
There was no phone in the room to call the front desk as I was instructed by my television when it was stuck loading indefinitely. Had to stand on a chair to unplug and reset it. Their complimentary toiletries consist of 2 soaps and 2 lotion packets.
Also this is the only hotel I’ve been to without a coffee machine. Weird.
Sure you get what you pay for, but I’ve stayed at other lower end properties that manage to show pride in their property.
