We arrived very early before our check in time and the staff were very helpful and understanding. They stowed our bags for us and arranged an early check in, which we really appreciated. The Freehand is a good Hotel. The staff stands out. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the area. The surrounding area nightlife is a bit robust but playful.
