This hotel is definitely older and could be updated, but clean. It was a decent price for the area and was adequate for our needs this weekend. The staff is friendly. The Saturday farmers market was excellent and only a 3 minute walk from the Foghorn.

This is a small older property. In a great location. Everybody was very nice and helpful. Great view and free parking. Would stay again. Only real drawback was the water pressure in the shower. Otherwise great stay, price was reasonable as well compared to others in the area.

We liked the proximity to Venice Beach. The staff was great and we were able to check in early for one of our rooms without any extra fees. We did have to wait an hour after normal check in for the other room due to maintenance issues with the shower head. Otherwise it was great and I would stay here again.

Great location if you're looking to be close to LAX, Venice Beach and Abbot Kinney. I would say, this place is the "Spirit Airlines" of hotels. It was very clean and staff were always friendly and helpful
