Flew into Ontario airport. Hotel was a quick Uber minutes away from airport and short walk across the street to Toyota Arena. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was yummy and a good selection. Our room had a kitchenette in it that would be very helpful for guests and longer stays. Restaurant on site was easy to put in a take out order to eat in our room. Did not use gym or pool but is nice to have. I would stay here again.

We selected this hotel based on prior reviews about cleanliness and we were disappointed. This hotel is lacking in cleanliness and maintenance. The staff was very kind but the only accommodation offered after discussing this with them was to wave our $15 daily parking fee. The parking is very limited as is, but of there is an event at Toyota Arena, it’s practically impossible to find parking in the hotel lot.

We were given a downgrade because we arrived so early and they were fully booked, but even the downgraded room was nice, clean, and spacious. They also gave us back the points toward our rewards, which we really appreciated! We loved the location, the employees were so friendly and accommodating, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was really good too! Overall, a great hotel experience. We’ll definitely be coming back soon! 😊

Room was clean and cute. Our room wasn’t ready at check in so the clerk gave us free parking. We went to see a concert at Toyota Arena and it was so easy to get to and from the show. Breakfast was good. I guess Mon-Thursday they have free beer and wine for hotel guests. We stayed in a Sat so didn’t get the hook up

Loved everything about this hotel. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good, only “negative” during my stay was parking. It was sometimes difficult because of the Toyota Arena due to the graduations I’m assuming.
