Thank you!! I loved the shower, big shower, good space. Nice blanket and clean sheets, thank you. Keep it that way. AC was a bit too loud, but everything else was good.

Bad

A bad experience and we do not stay for reasons of comfort, hygiene and safety. The room stank enough and we decided to leave and did not re-bag the money. An unpleasant result.

Way overpriced

The room was so-so. Nothing special about it. They tried to remodel the room and make it look a little nicer but it's just a plain room. It's nice they added a couch with a bed that folds out. The bathroom, towels, and sheets could've been cleaner. What really bugged me was the really bad staff. Not polite at all. The couple that runs the place were talking back and forth in front of me (I'm sure it was about me too) in their language which I thought was rude. They never told me thank you or made me feel appreciate to having spent a lot of money for a room that wasn't worth what I paid. The breakfast is just little packaged stuff they probably bought at the 7-Eleven next door. The coffee was terrible. They had no juice. Also, it's noisy here! And not in a great safe area.

Can't say much of the from the outside looks sleazy they nacelles are booking do to the fact of plumbing issues but had the sprinklers on clerk was rude I'm kinda glad we didn't stay cause of the neighborhood my kids were spooked

The room was coverd in bedbugs

The beds the pillows were cover in bedbugs got bit multiple times i was unable to sleep woke up to the terrible view of bedbugs all over.

will think about going there

Place needs a little updating as painting inside, fixing patches with peeling water spots, also fire alarm was gone even thou its a no smoking room. We have stayed there before but its going downhill slowly.

Not what you see in the pictures or description .

I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel . First off it's not in a horrible area , but it's seems this property is where all the action is . I saw a google review that said good for kids so I stood their with my 2 small children. The hotel is not very clean and I had to buy my own disinfectant before I showered my children. At night this place is very noisy . Had people partying and we could hear everything pretty loud inside our room. We were given a non smoking room that stunk like cigarette smoke. At the end of the day , I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you are wanting to use it for a party. Not a place to get rest.

Vale la pena por la jubilación si no son muy exigentes con la estancia, literal solo llegábamos a dormir y a bañarnos por la mañana, lo más rescatable es la ubicación puesto que todos dicen que hay mucho tráfico en los angeles aquí todo nos quedaba a 30 minutos

Good for the price

After reading the reviews on here I can honestly say I'm surprised. The employees here are very friendly and accommodating. Then again you get what you give. The lady at the desk was smiling and very friendly. Great customer service given. The room smelled of lavender Fabuloso lol. It was clean and everything worked just fine. I will definitely stay here again.

Do not stay here.

Worst customer service ever. Extremely rude reception. No eye contact which I find important when the host has a heavy accent. I was told there was a CASH deposit for the key and TV remote, and when I asked if they would accept a card for the deposit, I was told "too bad go somewhere and get it" No receipt, no information about room location or how to get to the room. Upon check out there was a woman receptionist arguing with another guest as if she where on the streets of war zone. Terrible visit. Never again.
