Room and amenities were as expected for this brand, price, and location. Front desk staff were very nice. Evening schedule ran very late, so I called and they were accommodating about checking me in at 2:30am. Also spilled a drink on myself right before check out and they gave me a little extra time past the original 11am check out to run back to rinse/change clothes so I didn’t have to head out in sticky clothes.

The hotel was perfect. In a great location, has a bar, and staff were so friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is the pool could have been cleaner. We didn’t visit the restaurant, so I can’t comment about that. Will definitely stay there again.

Still a good Hotel and ample parking space easy to get in and out, very convenient location with lots of restaurants and shops. Our room is a good size but reject to elevator which make noise all the time need to keep A/C on all the time to cover the noise from elevator. Otherwise I will give it 5 stars

Parking is free, which is a great plus if you’re renting a car. The hotel is located in the middle of a bunch of drive-thru food options. It’s about an hour away from Santa Monica Pier to the West and Huntington beach to the South. Location is good, staff was nice, and room was clean.

The staff was awesome, we needed a crib. They brought it up right away. They were so awesome and friendly just all around. The room was comfortable. Everything was clean. I recommend this place and I would stay there again and again and again.
