Great hotel and great location! The hotel was clean, and the housekeeping and maintenance staff were very attentive, kind, and helpful. Unfortunately, I found the front desk staff to be quite inattentive and seemed like they weren’t very willing to help.

It was very clean and all the staff were friendly, but only one elevator was working, so the wait to go up or down could be long. I didn't think the $10 per night parking fee was fair, since I never saw any security, I stayed for three nights, so paying for it didn't make sense.

The staff and the pool were nice. But the hallway and room had cracks in some areas and looked like it was in need of an upgrade. But it was convenient, and my family had a good time. There was also a vending machine that had items that made it convenient. It was also close to the freeway, so it made my travel easy.

The stay at Glendale was ok. The staff was nice, and the room was comfortable. However there is a lack of ventilation in the hallways, and we had to run the ac the entire time in the room, with is supper loud and it made it hard to hear the TV. The elevator takes long and is outdated. So you have to stand in the stuffy hallway waiting 10min for the elevator to come up. The only working door was the main door, so when we went to the pool we had to walk all the way around to get in because none of the other doors to enter the hotel work. It is an older hotel.

The lobby of this hotel was great! Stylish and fun! Many people enjoyed hanging out down there. There was hot coffee in the morning and the team was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were just dated. Coffee in the room was instant and breakfast snacks were limited. Close to Universal Studios!
