This Marriott is a little gem. Great location, the staff so helpful and accommodating! They made sure as requested we were on a quiet floor, provided a microwave in our room, the room was spacious, and laundry facility on the same floor. Terrific spot to stay - we were there for 10 days.

This is a largely clean and well-kept hotel in Old Pasadena. Its close to many restaurants and other attractions. The room we got was nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. The parking lot is OK - the stair well was not well maintained. There's also a daily $40 fee to park your car in the parking structure. Given how much the rooms already cost, I feel is too much. The parking structure is nothing special; average; not entirely secure. Anyone can enter the parking structure from the street. Breakfast is not included. There is a bar; looks nice, we didn't use it. The staff was nice and welcoming. I'd stay there again.

The hotel property is very run down. Our first room smelled like cigarettes upon entry. We asked for another room and this second room smelled a lot better but was still not great. The cleaning staff had left a used cleaning glove on the floor. The floors were also not very clean. Overall would not return. Property also charges $40 a night for parking onsite. Pros: Location is great and walkable to old town.

This hotel was clean, updated, and in a great location. It is walkable to all of the shopping and activities in downtown Pasadena. The staff was friendly and professional.
