I never take the time to write a review, but I have to for the chamberlain! What a beautiful, peaceful spot to come back to after a day of sightseeing. The rooftop pool and bar are amazing and the rooms are huge and comfortable with a feel of old hollywood glam! Ramesh and Monica at the front desk are so helpful....they actaully seem so happy to help. And both bartenders at the lobby bar are great. (was sorry I didn't get their names!) A perfect retreat in West Hollywood!

We love this hotel! So beautiful, the rooms are unique and the staff are accommodating. Location is the best, close to all the great spots along sunset, Santa Monica and Melrose. Only issue is the extra costs added after I had thought I paid an all in price. It’s a pricey stay.

Very quite neighborhood but close to main activities. Good size room and amenities. The downside was the bath room, very small, limited space for toiletries, etc although the shower box has a good size. Limited space to park on the street at night and the hotel parking was $70/night. Ouch!
