The staff is great. We stay here whenever we’re in town and the location is wonderful. You can walk to a lot of shops and restaurants. They are currently going thru a remodel so rooms were a bit unfinished but still comfortable. Excited to see it when completed.

Nice location, terrible towels!

The location was wonderful. However, the towels were like sandpaper, and paint was peeling in the bathtub. Over all the place was very rundown.

Hotel is OK and clean, but the cleaning products they use are extremely strong and the smell sticks to your clothing and nostrils! Super friendly staff tho! Hoping they’ll use a different type of cleaning products. We’ve stayed there twice since it’s so close to our jobs!

The place is not the fanciest and the front desk staff could be friendlier. However, for the price, you get free parking, a fridge, a microwave, decent enough beds and (the most important thing) a fabulous location! You can walk to The Grove, lots of restaurants, The New Beverly Cinema, and more.

Need some pictures that match the decor of the room. Bath room door is a sliding barn style door that is heavy and difficult to move. It is also to small needing atleast 2 inches more on each side.

Noisy, under construction, not listed on the web anywhere, loud stomping all morning, no parking, had to park 4 blocks away, drilling and sawing until 5 pm, shower head was leaking, nowhere to put soap so had to leave it on the bottom of the shower

Great Place!!

This place is great for the price! I was initially impressed with how pretty the courtyard is. I did have a little snafu when I arrived and the room keys they gave me were to a dirty room. They immediately gave us a different room and corrected the issue. The room was super spacious with a fridge, microwave and TV. The bathroom was little, but did what it was supposed to. The 3 of us walked to some places around the It's in a good neighborhood and we had no issues. We brought our own little coffee pot to have coffee in the room. The beds were comfortable and we slept super well there. I would stay here again and would recommend this place!!

The convenient area it was in. Lots of restaurant and shopping area nearby. Walking distance to the stores. Didn’t like the parking area, giving motel 6 vibe, don’t have elevator (so don’t pack big), no telephone in the room, no screen window. The first room we got the window was busted so it didn’t lock, got the second room and the lights under the bed kept turning on and off, there is no switch to that. The bathroom doors don’t have locks. Lastly, we didn’t spend time in the hotel, so it was affordable, but probably won’t go back

The location to our event was great. The staff was friendly. What I did not like: Parking was SUPER tight, if I had not been with someone that had a handicap pass there would not have been a spot. There was a smell of urine in the bed and the room looked unclean but it just needed new paint. Unfortunately I had the guests from hell in the room next door but that was just bad luck ( came home every night at 1:30 am). It was very strange that there was no in room coffee and the ice machine was not working. But the staff was great!

First off, it's not called the Bevonshire anymore, so finding the place was pretty confusing. The neighborhood is very convenient, and the staff were helpful. Unfortunately the rooms did not have all the amenities that were promised (no microwave or coffee, and the vending machine wasn't working either). The room had been recently renovated and the bed was comfy, but the bathroom was like it was designed by somebody who had never used one before (a single towel hanger, no soapdish in the shower, just dumb stuff like that). And unfortunately the walls were paper-thin so every day I got woken up by either the neighbors' ridiculous sex-noises at 7am, or power tools from the ongoing (very loud) renovation. So, it can be a great and affordable option if you just need a convenient place to drop your stuff off while you're out all day, and don't plan on staying for more than 2 or 3 days.

Extremely poor security situation. No door at all on the opening into a dark alley. No lights in hallways and stairs. Door peephole is just a hole with no lens installed. No security chain on the door. I'm surprised that occupancy is allowed! If you are elderly, female, or vulnerable in any way, go elsewhere. Floors covered with a thick layer of dirt from construction. On the other hand, nice new fixtures and fresh paint. Obviously a work in progress.

Hotel was newly renovated .the location was good. They need to improve in the service . We asked for one extra pillow and it was denied to us. Also , too much light from the patio gets in the room.They need to have some blackout curtains . Over all good but probably not staying again.
