Customer service here is AMAZING!! Beautiful hotel, great amenities, great for kids and families. We came for a family emergency, booked it the same day and they had early check in available, valet parking, pool&hot tub and great food and bar on site. What set this place apart for me was the customer service. Every staff member smiles and greets you, opens doors for you, helps in any way and actually seems like they want to help you! I can tell they emphasize customer service in their training and it’s well executed. I would rate this place a 10/10!

The property was very nice, but the staff was amazing! The only negative point we might share is that we were in the room a lot due to the fact that we were there for a surgery and recovery. There were no movie channels and we couldn’t log on and stream anything from our own devices on the TV. They told us the TVs were too old and didn’t have the capability. So all we could do was watch the few channels they had available. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem, but if you’re recuperating from a surgery, you kinda need to have some TV.
