We didnt use the pool so can't rate it. The room was clean, water pressure in the shower was poor. The bar was good. The bartender was friendly and attentive. All the staff was very friendly.

Staff were friendly. Rooms were nice and clean but the shower was a little tricky but just follow directions you'll be fine. Close to Universal Studios and the Good Neighbor restaurant. The lounge was nice and the complimentary cocktails were nice.

We stayed for one night and thought about leaving. The entire hotel on the 3rd floor where we stayed smelled like a urinal cake and bleach. The showers were a mess to use even with the instructions provided…iv never used a shower that had pictures on how to operate it. It’s like a motel 6 that got a fresh coat of paint and then charged 350 for a night because they are nearish to Universal Studios. The staff were very friendly so that’s where the stars come from.

Right when we walked into the room, it had a terrible mildew smell. When we talked to the front desk, they said that that’s just how the room smell. Luckily we were only there for one night. Would not stay again. At that price point it was ridiculous.

I can’t believe they charge for parking!!!!!! I paid 60 dollars a day and it didn’t say anything on Expedia and also say free continental breakfast and it’s not true won’t ever stay here again rooms smell excessively like bleach we all got headaches

It was pretty great! I would recommend and I would stay there again. I was there for multiple days and I noticed that house keeping didn’t proactively come in to remake beds, thought that was strange. I left a sweater there a but over all it really was awesome.

We had a great two nights at BLVD for our family’s visit to Universal and other sightseeing nearby. We reserved a suite and loved having the extra room and couch area to spread out some. The room was updated and clean with comfortable beds and we were able to walk to the park shuttle. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location to visit the park and city walk. Walk to and back was easy and safe. The room had a frig and microwave that was helpful.
