Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I chose this property primarily because it was within walking distance of where I needed to be. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I had stayed at the property the night before, but I was still not allowed to leave my vehicle parked there overnight, which was very inconvenient and defeated one of the main reasons I chose this location. The property itself was very dirty, and the pool was not in usable condition for swimming. The area was also extremely loud throughout the night, with frequent sirens and people walking around at all hours. I did not feel comfortable and was unable to get a good night’s sleep. The room was divided into two areas, but there was only an air-conditioning unit in one of them. The other area became extremely hot and uncomfortable. One of the worst parts of the stay was the bathroom. There were branches coming in from outside near the shower area, and I actually saw spiders crawling in while showering. This was completely unacceptable. Overall, the property looked very different from what I expected based on the photos online. The cleanliness, noise, condition of the amenities, lack of adequate air conditioning, and bathroom conditions made this a horrible experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property to others.

Shower had spiders because their windows are slats, not a full piece of glass. Tree/bush limbs were growing inside the glass and into the room. No bed stands at all. A small table and 2 plastic chairs is all you get in the room. Front windows are same as back, zero security for your room

Not recommended at all. I found several used condoms on my way from the lobby to my room. My room smelled bad and the sofa and bed had stains and were dirty.
