We enjoyed our stay here: The staff were very helpful, rooms and hallway were clean, and roof-top deck was perfect for a quieter rest. It was an easy walk to the Convention Center area, grocery store, and restaurants. The only thing that would have helped us would be to have TV access without having to use our own phone connection. I highly recommend this hotel.

I love the property and location. However I prepaid through Expedia and upon arrival the front desk asked for my card and id and then proceeded to charge my card for someone else’s room for over $330.
