Room was spotless very clean very professional staff. The housekeeper was so friendly and knowledgeable, made my stay that much more enjoyable! I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Loretto.

Basic room in central location. Staff is friendly. Shower did not drain well enough to avoid standing in pool of water. Had to cut shower short very short as it was going to overflow into bathroom. For a quick overnighter was ok.

A cute little place to explore Loreto from. Close to many good restaurants, most with outdoor dining options. Great staff let us check-in very early and then helped us get a cab to the airport.

I love the hotel. The rooms have every amenity possible and the location is as perfect as you can get. The church bells are a bit annoying after the first day of them. They go off all day and night. They will wake you up all night. I left the TV on all night. But overall it's a great place. This was my second time staying here.

Nice proximity to lots of restaurants and walking path. Extremely loud as the the mission bells sound off numerous times day and night. Overall clean place to stay for the value.

We were in #4, very specious . Excellent location. Bedroom had king bed and living room had king couch (not hid a bed) and chair. Huge bath tub! Very helpful if you ask for something. Would stay again.

Incredible hotel and unbeatabke location

I loved this hotel. Clean and beautiful and extremely comfortable. It has all the little details. The balcony is the ultimate touch and I loved it. The only complaint is the noise from the church across the street. Lots of loud music starting early in the morning.

Great rooms. Property is directly across the street from an active mission what chimes the bells well into the night. There is no parking for guests. All parking is on the street and depending on where, could be a walk. Owner was very hospitable and friendly. Overall, a good value.

Very clean, helpful staff, excellent location, but the church bells right outside rang at irregular intervals during the night. So, it wasn't a restful place to stay. But, this could be easily remedied if the staff provided complimentary ear plugs.
