Dirty room, remodeling? Staff at check-in was able to get a ground floor room which was not mentioned as a requirement for me. that may be why the room was the way it was. Bed clean and comfortable

There were bugs in the room but the dirty bathroom was the worst part. The motel seemed very old and and needs updating. There were some stains on the bedding and there seemed to be very little insulation in between the rooms.

The staff was friendly and check in was easy. The room was clean but smelled of chemicals. The continental breakfast was very limited. It was a short stay during a road trip. Budget hotel decent value for the cost.

Bed experience.

Dirty, found hair in 2 rooms beds, one of the toilets found not clean with fecal matter. They changed the room, after 15 hour drive unfortunately I have to spend the night there.

The beds were grest. Slept like a baby. The shower was awesome. Hot water, great pressure and the water was softened. That never happens st a motel.

Our room had gaps around the door allowing mesquitos in the room biting us all night. The air conditioning didn’t work well. Pipes were very loud, and you could hear the upstairs tenants. Not a pleasant experience at all!!

It was ok. The bed was comfortable for me but it was so close to the ac unit that my husband had a hard time getting out of the bed to use the bathroom. A picture fell of the wall and hit him in the head too.

Bathtub faucet so corroded it looked like it would fall apart if you turned on the water. Pubic hair in the tub. Sink was dirty. Towels and sheets were stained. Hair dryer didn't work. Refrigerator never got cold. Stairs were rusting through which gave me no confidence that they would collapse. No water for the breakfast oatmeal. Coffee tasted worse than hospital vending machine.
This caused me to go to bed with no shower and all of my travel worn clothes on.

Room needed maintenance - missing lampshades, broken curtain pulls, bath in need of updating. But, room was quiet, comfortable bed, A/C worked, plenty of hot water, in-room fridge. Breakfast area clean and well stocked. OK for the price.

Stayed 1 nite in Jan. 2023. First of all I am not a hotel snob. Just want a place that is clean and comfortable and this was a good fit. The young gentleman that checked us in was very personable and helpful. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. No issues with noise. Walked to the restaurant across the street and highly recommend. Breakfast at the hotel was good. Good waffles. Room does need some updating and painting, but provided a comfortable stay at a good price.

I got charged twice for my room! The property and room was not in very good shape! The pool was dirty and moldy! It looked disgusting! There were dirty rings in the toilet like they hadn't been cleaned in awhile!
