“The room was hotter than the sun, the fan provided did nothing and even the floor felt hot. The towels and sink had hairs on them. The room had one plug socket and it was nowhere near the bed. The temperature of the shower couldn’t be controlled, it was extremely hot in the room so I turned on only the cold tap and when I switched it to shower it would still come out hot and change temperature frequently and I couldn’t control it.”

“Perfect location for Rochester Airport and very close to Rochester town centre. Lovely staff, great food, great coffee! Comfy beds, aircon, fridges in the rooms, happy to let your pet stay with you and they have doggie water bowls available in reception. Ample parking with cameras. Free coffee in the mornings if your an early riser!”

“Overall we were happy with our stay. The outside if the hotel and grounds are pretty, the food in the evening and morning was to a very high standard. We stayed in a very good sized suite, which pleasantly surprisingly had 2 bathrooms with matching showers, toilet and bath. On the whole, the staff were polite and accommodating to our requests. The reason for 4 stars, there were elements of the room and dining room which could do with some tlc. Paint chipping off skirting boards, damage to one of...

“The room is beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Helpful staff and was able to hire us a car to pick us up at the train station. Great breakfast and dinner, highly recommended. ”
