We had a beautiful relaxing 2 night stay in the Lily Loveday room. The decor is fresh, tasteful, clean and well looked after. We had a lovely welcome from Gemma, who told us all we needed to know and where to find her if we needed anything extra, which we didn’t. The surroundings at Coomb Farm are delightful and very peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely 2 night stay, bed was super comfy and room was very clean. It was a great location as a base to get to other places, but was rural so need a car as nothing within walking distance. Peacocks wondering around on the doorstep was a lovely bonus, and they were very friendly and inquisitive, and a real treat. Gemma was a great host, available when needed. Would definitely stay again

We had a really lovely stay at Coombe farm. The room was large, bright, clean and felt homely. Shower was super powerful! Gemma was a fantastic host. Great communication. They obviously read reviews and pay attention as there is now a full length mirror 💜 Seeing the peacocks roaming free in the beautiful grounds always made me smile. Would definitely recommend as a fan base to explore Cornwall from.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was large and full of character. The bed was king size and very comfortable. It was quiet and relaxing. The only thing we would add is a mirror on the wall in the bedroom as the bathroom one was steamed up after a shower and seeing to dry and sort my hair wasn’t easy with the small table top mirror. The owner was very welcoming and helpful.

So, everything was perfect. I think the game changer would be a 'mini-kitchen zone, ie a mini fridge and microwave. Somewhere to keep your fresh milk and maybe a late-night microwave meal. Not a criticism, just a suggestion. We would definitely return. Peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings, and the Peacocks were no trouble.

Can’t fault this accommodation Lovely spacious room with everything you need for a self catering break. Bed was very comfortable and plenty of storage space for clothes etc Teas, coffees etc were re filled daily and Gemma made us feel very welcome Will definitely be visiting again

Great place to stay

Fantastic stay , lovely place to stay at . Hosts were brilliant made us feel so welcome. Was great to see all the wildlife on the farm really good to see peacocks roaming around the grounds. Would definitely stay there on our return to Cornwall.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From start to finish, everything was fantastic. The location offered quick and easy access to Looe by car, while still being surrounded by peaceful, beautiful scenery. The apartment itself was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. A special mention to Gemma, who was such a welcoming and helpful host, she really made our stay feel extra special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a couple of days, and we’ll definitely be back if we’re ever in the area again!

The property was in a beautiful, quiet setting off the main road. Absolutely ideal for exploring the local area. It was also beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable after a long drive. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Really enjoyed our time at this charming place. It was a perfect location, closely situated to Looe, Polperro and many others. The host was very welcoming always making sure we had plenty of tea/coffee and milk. We were greated by the free roaming peacocks most mornings and also met the friendly cats. We would definitely return.

We loved it here and hope to stay again!

We had an amazing time at Coombe Farm. It is set in beautiful grounds and is an ideal base to explore Looe and Polperro, places we had never been to before. We had free Wifi, which was really useful and a smart TV which we made the most of when it rained on the first evening! We would definitely recommend Coombe Farm and hope to be back ourselves!

A Peaceful Stay

We were given excellent detail of location before arrival, and a lovely welcome to Coombe Farm, and daily enquiries to check all was well.The room was spacious and very clean, everything was as expected. Comfortable bed. Only a small mirror in the ensuite though, maybe an extra mirror in the room itself? There was ample parking space. The grounds are well maintained and the views from there glorious. Very peaceful.
