Longview Vacations

It is an old property with very little to no renovation or upgrade. It is still presentable and rooms are spacious. Room service does not clean everything or refills the used coffee packets and paper cups. Breakfast menu is good but the service is very poor. Instructions are not clear for where to keep your plates after you are done. Also, the forks and spoon that came out of dishwasher were not clean at all. We used our own disposable spoons and forks.

Very nice hotel

The rooms were clean, but just a little outdated. I didn't realize that safes are only in premium rooms and like many other hotels, bath tubs are now an upgrade too. Otherwise the beds were comfy, the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful (especially the ones at breakfast) and there were some nice amenities even though we didn't use any of them. It was also nice to be not too far from the airport or Spruce Meadows, plus we were able to walk to two different malls. We had some loud guests on our floor, but otherwise it was a nice stay.
