We stay on a doble queen room, which was absolutely great bc it's a lot of space, privacy between the room, bathroom and small living room, a lot of amenities, they have like an small kitchen which is fantastic when you have kids. The room was very clean, the people from front desk, breakfast and house keeping very friendly.

Homewood matches it's intent.

The general manager and desk manager were very pleasant to talk with. The facility appears to be the choice of multiple baseball team members who were very well mannered. Our dog gives Homewood a five paw review.

Long Day of driving

Arrived later than what we thought we would. Front desk was friendly and vey nice. We were traveling with our dog for the first road trip. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Will look for more Homewood Suites on our travels.

The staff was nice and helpful. The facility was aged, some wallpaper peeling, thin pillows and blankets. The noise was the worst part, but outside the hotels control. (Bar parking next door and the train horns). It was fine for a single night in an inexpensive hotel.

Overall satisfied

We really enjoyed the room very comfortable and clean. Quiet as well. Only issues front tv had no service front desk were notified still not working Seat on toilet need tighten

The property was very outdated. The walls were stained and needed to be cleaned. The hallway had a very pungent smell on the second floor. The chair and couches in the room were also riddled with stains. The staff was very friendly!!

Check in was fast and friendly. Suite was clean and spacious. Kitchen was missing most silverware. AC didn’t work well. Elevators were out of order and we were on the third floor.

First of all, the shower was very slippery. It was difficult to take a shower because the tub was so slick. The bed was extremely hard. The breakfast was good, and the room stayed cool.

Decent place to stay

The room was just what we needed. The small kitchenette was great to have so we weren’t eating out for every meal. The bed was average as it seemed to be a little worn. The biggest issue was the shower rod and curtain. The rod was coming off the wall so the it sagged causing the shower curtain to not stay closed. The shower was also meant to be an accessible one and we ended up with a rather significant amount of water outside the shower each time it was used. Overall, it was a decent hotel room.

Old, dark, and dingy and overpriced

The front desk employees were all amazing and kind. The reason my rating of this hotel is low is because it is very old. The chairs at the table had stains, the carpet had stains, the walls had many cracks and peeling, the couch had stains, the ceiling above the bathtub had discoloration and was cracking and looked molded. The furniture was very old as well as the color scheme. My toilet was clogged from normal and light use. Once again, all of the employees were professional and nice. The hotel needs to be updated and is way over priced. I took pictures but for some reason, I am unable to upload them.....

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, bed was comfy. There were several things that could use some attention. The tv in the bedroom (king suite) only had like two or three channels. No movie channels, no other channels. The living room had plenty of channels. The bathroom could use some water pressure. I changed the settings and still no kind of pressure. Water was good, never got really hot but it got the job done. Lastly, the a/c, it wouldn't drop below 70. Although 70 isnt bad, luckily it wasn't that hot or it wouldn't have been cool enough. Some customers like colder air below 70. Other than these items, it was overall a good stay. I would probably consider staying again when I'm back on business again.
