The room was very clean and in good condition. I would not stay here again, however. No microwave to heat up a cup of coffee, only one three-pronged outlet. A very small fan that made an unpleasant sound (no air conditioning - which is fine with me, but would have liked a better fan). I did get a good night sleep once I mentally tuned out the whine of the fan. My biggest complaint was that they did not give me the type of room I reserved. I might have complained, but the staff had already treated me as though I were a bother, so I stayed my night and left. Also, there is no telephone in the room - which I would say is a dated idea except there's virtually no cell service.

First stay Adirondacks

Our room at Blueberry Hill Motel was spotless, rustic and comfy. The hosts at Blueberry Hill / Sandy Point were fantastic. They gave us wonderful tips on places to go and places to eat, and were all-around helpful and welcoming! They truly made our first visit to the Adirondacks an unforgettably positive experience. Thank you so much!! Two points worth mentioning: Blueberry Hill is not on the lake, but Sandy Point is; the office is at Sandy Point, so that’s where you’ll need to check in.

As cheap and plain as it could be. How to check in at a sister motel over a mile away, but was not notified until a day after arrival. Had to ask neighbors where the office was. Looks like it has been closed up for years. Barely worth half of what we paid.
