Willy the receptionist that welcomed us was great. once we got to the reception center there were parts of the ceiling falling in buckets for collecting leaking roof water. the elevators seems dangerously outdated dirty and smelly. we got to the room walking on run down dirty carpets passing peeling paint on the wall. In the room there were no towels the sink facet water was a spray of a dribble, the shower not much better. The room took forever to warm up and the bathroom never warmed up enough to take a shower.. using the extra blankets- they were dirty and smelly oh and NO towels the night receptionist when told of these issues did not offer anything except some not very absorbent towels.

A hotel without even a plastic wrapped cup in the bathroom? Morning shower didn't drain. I did not even see a notice about finding morning coffee in the lobby. Overall, not well maintained.

This hotel is at best odd and at worst incredibly cheaply run. Our room was dirty, with sticky wood floors, an AC unit in the closet, DARK brown water coming from the sink and tub when first turned on, crooked pictures covering up cracks, stains, and water damage on the walls. We had no mini fridge, no bedside table, no outlets next to the bed on either side, no hand towel or wash cloths in the bathroom. This was supposedly a “queen suite” but it was cramped and untidy. I would not recommend this hotel and I would not stay again. I only gave three stars because the gentleman running the desk overnight was very kind. The two guys who were at the front desk in the morning were more interested in drinking coffee and looking at their phones/computer than assisting us. Also they were both wearing sweats and looked unprofessional, I wasn’t even sure they worked there.

The property served its purpose as far as being close to a venue I needed to attend. The lobby floor had several beverage spills on it and the bathroom had one towel and when asking for more, it took 3 attempts to get both the proper number and clean items. The temperature in the room was difficult to adjust and the room itself was tight and confining.

We needed a place to sleep and call home base. One of the towels in the bathroom had been used but when I requested additional towels, they were provided. The sink had a lose handle but still functioned. The body wash container was rusted and broken. No soap was provided for hand washing at the sink. Bathroom vent was full and needed to be cleaned. Water pressure was great, lots of hot water for showers. Few leaks in the lobby from rain which took away from appearance. No parking, rode around for quite awhile searching for parking. All times we were a few blocks away. Close to LIRR and amazing restaurants (Jordan's, Lindell's, Laurel).
