The Chautauqua Resort was a great place to stay. We enjoyed the easy beach access, nice breakfast, and pool. The kids, especially, loved all the swimming. This would be a great destination for a longer stay.

The last time I stayed here was in 1980's and I knew the property was older than some others in the area. I was impressed how well the rooms were kept up and decorated. The bed was so soft and comfy. The beach and ocean view was perfect too. The first free breakfast was good, cheese omelet was offered with sausage and gravy. There was not any omelets offered again.

Me and my 3 boys (21, 18 & 15) stayed in one of the 2 queen hotel rooms and it was perfect for us. It didn't feel cramped and the balcony was fabulous. There was no A/C in the room but we just left the slider open all night and were just fine. The breakfast was good but I do think eggs would be a great addition!! My boys loved the pickleball court and the firepit area was great at nighttime. The property does need some renovation but they have been adding things each year we've came. Overall it was a great experience for me and my family and can't wait to return!!
