Nice location, close to main shopping areas and walking distance to lots of food options. Room was clean and the beds were very comfy. Our sheets were getting threadbare in places but that was minor and we had no complaints. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast offered had lots of options which was great as we both have dietary restrictions. Will recommend and will probably stay here again.

The staff was absolutely amazing and the property was well kept. However, the mattress in my room was clearly past its replacement time and the air conditioning unit was not functioning properly and did not keep the room at my set temperature.

Overall the public areas were maintained and clean. The front desk staff were hospitable, and helpful. The room cleanliness was okay, but dust build up on desk chair and hair and debris in back of toilet. Unfortunately, the shower tends to spray water on walls and floor with only a thin shower curtain. The polyester pillows were hard, needed to be replaced. Most importantly, the door did not automatically close securely. I made sure to manually pull the door every time it was used. I reported that to FD and a maintenance person responded. He replaced the door closure arm while we were out. It still did not secure . That is a safety and security issue.
