Experiência terrível, já tinha ocorrido antes mas a localização compensava. Mas dessa vez foi péssimo banheiro sujo, café da manhã acabando itens essenciais e longa espera para reposição . Poucos funcionários na salão onde é servido o café e perdidos com os acontecimentos. Parece que o hotel não estava preparado para ocupação naquele momento. Triste um hotel tão bem localizado, prédio novo deixando coisas simples acontecerem .

Nao vi sentido em oferecerem agua e outras bebidas na recepcao, com preco diferente do que o do frigobar no quarto. E vc tem q pagar na hora, nao podendo colocar na conta do quarto para pagamento no checkout. Nao achei uma forma organizada de lidar com isso.
