Nice hotel, spacious rooms, great staff. My only complaint was that it is a little isolated. So, unless you have your own vehicle, you will need to Uber or taxi if you want to go into the city. The hotel was very comfortable with a good restaurant, reasonably priced, and a good morning breakfast buffet.

É um bom hotel, localização facil para quem está de passagem. Excelente atendimento na recepção e restaurante. Pontos negativos: O apartamento com um ruido muito elevado de motores. Como o hotel não estava lotado e com certeza o hotel tem ciencia deste ruido nesta lado do prédio, deveriam evitar o uso quando baixa ocupação. Não consegui acessar a internet, pois o antivirus do notebook da empresa bloqueava alertando de possivel ataque de segurança. Isso não acontece em nenhum outro hotel. Chega a ser agressivo ao hospede os valores cobrados por cerveja, refrigerante ou mesmo agua. Cobrar mais de vinte reais por uma long neck, muito acima de valores normalmente cobrados em outros hoteis e restaurantes.

Por conta do recesso no shopping ao lado do hotel, o staff estava reduzido e alguns serviços estavam deficientes. Solicitamos dois travesseiros adicionais e a recepção informou que só poderia oferecer um por quarto. O serviço de quarto estava indisponível também. Apesar disso, a estadia foi boa, o quarto é excelente, ar condicionado, vista e etc muito satisfatórios. Banheiro funcional e adequado.
