Péssima experiência

Péssima experiência. Reservei para 2 pessoas com camas de solteiro. Ao fazer o check-in, descobri que o hotel fez reserva para apenas 1 pessoa e o quarto tinha cama de casal. A recepcionista com muita má vontade disse que o máximo que poderia fazer era colocar um colchão no chão do quarto. Enviou o colchão e deixou na porta do quarto sem roupa de cama. Um absurdo que tive que aceitar pelo avançado do horário e estar cansado. Péssimo atendimento com pouco caso. Não recomendo! Erram na reserva e não fazem a menor questão de tentar consertar.

É o hotel mais novo da cidade. Piso de madeira, limpeza adequada, cama confortável. O quarto nao é tão grande, mas é adequado. Não é um hotel de luxo, mas atende perfeitamente às necessidades. O ambiente é agradável. Estacionamento bastante amplo. Café da manha saboroso. Sugestão para uma maior opção de frutas no café e para a colocação de dispensers de shampoo e condidionador no box, pois nao havia este tipo de amenities. Nao fica exatamente no centro, mas chega-se a ele em minutos, é bem perto.
