Durante minha estadia, fui inesperadamente acordado por obras de reforma exatamente às 08:00hrs que estavam ocorrendo no hotel. Gostaria de expressar minha insatisfação em relação a isso, pois não fui informado sobre essas reformas no momento do check-in. A falta de comunicação impactou negativamente minha experiência, tornando-a desconfortável e desagradável. Recomendo que o hotel informe seus hóspedes sobre situações como essa no momento do check-in, para que seja possível o hóspede solicitar um quarto mais afastado das obras quando disponível, ou até mesmo para que ficamos cientes da situação, pois no meu caso por exemplo, eu havia chegado tarde do meu compromisso e tinha reservado a manhã seguinte para poder dormir um pouco mais.

Localização e tranquilidade.

Excelente localização, possui estacionamento. Bom custo benefício. Quarto amplo e confortável. Café da manhã bem servido (com tapioca e omeletes feito na hora). Restaurante funciona no almoço e jantar. Possui restaurantes muito bons nas proximidades. Poucos passos do centro da cidade.

Gostei muito do Hotel, mas acredito que os colchões devem passar por uma troca, pois tanto eu e meu colega que estava em outro quarto sentimos que os colchões estavam bem usados.

Sempre fico no Executive. Arapongas geralmente é uma cidade de clima quente, porem, a noite esfria. Em especial nessa ultima estadia foi justamente nessa onda gelada que chegou no sul. Ja pssei frio outras vezes por que o Hotel resolveu colocar apenas ar condicionado frio, nao ha funcao de esquentar. Economia sem sentido.

Boa hospedagem

Estadia é boa, no entanto não justifica o valor das diárias. Os canais de TV não são estáveis, caem sempre e a internet no 10º andar simplesmente não funciona, tive que usar meu celular como roteador. Café da manhã excelente, funcionários atenciosos. Estacionamento pago a R$ 17,85 a diária, mandam você colocar em determinada vaga, mas os números das vagas estão no chão e apagados. Como é escuro, torça para achar. Boa hospedagem, mas não justifica o valor cobrado, que é padrão de grandes hotéis na região.
