We always stay at Bluetree when visiting Londrina and during the pandemic their rooms and service went down the hill but it seems they are catching up now. Everything was good this time. In my opinion it’s the best hotel to stay in Londrina.

Playroom needs a renew. Room service was good!

I would like to highlight that the playroom is very unpleasant. It could have new toys and a better infrastructure to entertain the children. Toys were all broken, missing parts and etc. my daughter didn't want to stay there for more than 3 minutes. Thepositive highlight was the filet mignon sandwich that we ordered in our room. It was delicious and well served.

Dated, Spartan not luxury. Old, damaged furniture, dated bathrooms with moldy tile joints. Not comfortable at all. The reception people and the paintings in the entrance hall were the only assets, but that’s about it.

O quarto, silencioso como solicitado para o meu filho autista, me ligaram para confirmar se precisava de mais alguma coisa devido o meu filho ser especial, foi um verdadeiro refúgio. Desde o contato inicial, a atenção foi impecável, e a recepção nos acolheu com um atendimento digno de aplausos. Uma experiência que superou todas as expectativas!

Quarto e banheiro com resquícios de uso ou limpeza mal feita. Encontramos sabonetes e condicionador usado no parapeito da janela do banheiro. Fios de cabelo e pelos pelo quarto. Achei a limpeza insuficiente e o fato de ser bem localizado não compensa. Também não gostei do café da manhã.

Não recomendo de forma alguma

Lamentável a experiência. Era o único que não conhecia em Londrina dos maiores e resolvi ir a passeio com minha esposa. Quarto amplo, boa roupa de cama, porém sujo, móveis colando de resíduos de bebidas. A noite inteira barulho de motor no quarto 1701, impossível dormir. Fiz o relato na recepção e recebi a diferença da recepcionista me ironizando dizendo ser um "helicentro" que eles tinham, talvez queria dizer heliporto mas o nível cultural não permitiu. Excelente localização e bom café da manhã, além do ótimo atendimento dos manobristas,
