We had an excellent stay. Room was exactly as described and instructions were clear and easy to follow. We would definitely stay again. Very much appreciated the slightly later check out as my partner wasn’t feeling great and so that service goes a long way with us.

This is a guest house and not a hotel. Self check in information is emailed a day or two before the check in date, and no one is at the property unless you arrange in advance to meet a member of the staff. The house is nice enough for an older building, though the bed creaked, the mattress was a bit uncomfortable, and the sheets had a slightly musty odor. The location is fantastic, right outside the city walls and close to numerous places to eat (more limited choices on Sundays though). The staff was friendly and helped me out with some issues associated with check in. Good value for the money. Note that parking is not provided as suggested in some reviews, but street parking and nearby parking lots were options.

Basic rooms but excellent location and convenient. Clean and host was very helpful and accomodating. There is a pub at the rear of the property which was a bit noisy but minimised by closing windows. Room at the top of three flights of narrow stairs. Off street parking was greatly appreciated, entrance to parking very challenging to anything bigger than a mid-size sedan. Overall, good for a shortstay

This is a gem for visiting Derry - just steps from all major sights yet offers parking and roomy guestroom. Teresa's check-in welcome was brilliant for how to see the city without moving the car or wandering aimlessly, a true timesaver. To be so close to everything and able to run out quickly was amazing in such a busy and congested area for drivers. CH facilitates a wonderful stay in Derry. Highly recommend walking the walls and visiting the Craft Village and Tower Museum within.
