Good experience. Walking distance of the Derry Walls, the murals in Bogside, nice park, and hopping pub area. The Breakfast served down the street in main B&B exceeded expectations.

The room and beds were nice and the location was interesting, but the room was extremely hot and there was no way for us to adjust. The electrical outlet for the kettle didn't work, and instructions in the room told us to go to another address for breakfast but we were told at that address to go back to Angel House. That said, the breakfast was very good.
Good, kind staffs, easy check in instruction, close to the city center, spacious room

Breakfast was good. TV was good.
On-street Parking is tight. Must walk up one flight of stairs to reach front door, then 1 or 2 more flights to reach room. Pack light!
In-room furnishings old, rules say no food or drinks allowed, what??
Skip.

Great location. Walking distance to night life. Room very clean. The shower door came loose and water spray ever where. You need to know you go to another BNB for breakfast.
My room, No 6, was nice, comfortable and clean with an en suite bathroom. My sleep was very poor due to noise coming from an unknown source, probably the pipes and the hot water system. Every few seconds a knock could be heard, which kept me awake all night. Secondly, breakfast, a continental, is served in a sister B&B about 50 meters down the street. Ok in fine weather, wouldn't fancy the trip in rain.

It happened to be extremely hot in our room. A portable fan would have been nice and wash cloths. The staff were very kind! Also the satellite was spotty
Considering that the structures in the area are well over one hundred years old, this B&B is well maintained and comfortable. Climbing three flights of narrow stairs to our room could have been a challenge for some. That is just part of staying in old Victorian homes.
The staff was excellent. We were welcomed and treated as if we were the only guests. We would certainly stay with them again.

Not for us.
We were not welcomed because we didn’t respond to an email that we did not get till it was time to leave! His tone was annoyed and accusatory.
Parking is a challenge and the stairs and size of both the bed and bathrooms are not for stout people.
The bedroom closet was converted into a bathroom where you can literally wash your hands while sitting on the loo. The water pressure was poor. Room for only one small toiletry bag. We suggest you add some hooks to the doors and a shelf over the toilet.
Our room had a full size bed which was pretty comfortable.
Breakfast was continental style, but quite good and filling.
I appreciated the digital self check-in, it wasn't stressful and we could easily arrive/depart on our own schedule. The room was small but what we needed for our stay. The location was walkable to the areas we wanted to explore downtown and parking wasn't too difficult on the street. Breakfast was well stocked and a hot breakfast was available and worth the cost. This was our first time to Northern Ireland and we were impressed with the friendliness of the staff-- we would recommend this place!

I was late for check in due to a missed flight but when i got to the place the staff was reluctant to check me in despite my predicament
The place was not maintained, a lack of deeper cleaning after the previous customer was visible (found half of headphone, used underwear in the room…), bathroom’s layout is far from ideal, it’s difficult to get in to the shower. Also please see the mold inside the shower.

Parking is on the street. It's an area of terraced houses which have no driveways. All cars are parked on both sides of the street. At 1515 when we arrived we couldn't get a space within 60m of the property. My wife walked back to find that to access the property requires the climbing of lots of steps. Not good for folks with limited mobility. Given we needed to go out in the evening, we were concerned about the availability of parking at say2230. This, along with the steps, we decided not to stay. I feel there entry on your site should be clearer, certainly about the parking.
