The rooms are generally clean. New towels every day. The hotel is easy to reach since there’s a bus station right in front of it. Hyde Park Corner and Marble Arch Station are around 10 minutes away from the hotel. Also close to lots of shopping stores.

We loved the powerful air conditioning, it kept the room nice and cool, which was especially appreciated. The accommodation was perfect for two people, and the location was excellent, with everything within easy walking distance. Our only minor complaint was that the bathroom wasn’t very soundproof, so you could hear other guests flushing the toilet.

This is OK for an overnight stay but not suitable for anything longer as lacks amenities for a business traveller. However, the details were as advertised, but hadn't taken enough notice for lack of facilities - no drawers/wardrobe space etc Location is great. Room wasn't cleaned twice towels left on floor and not replaced, s that was diasppointing.

Great location, and very helpful staff member on reception. Air Con works really well and as it was only a 1 night stay for me, it didn't matter that there is no window in the room. They stored my luggage before check in for a small charge Great value, would recommend and I would stay there again

Great room, quirky VVVVVV Clean and cool in terms of temperature, limited noise from outside but some water tank noises in the room but could cope. Great location - really welcoming staff too

This was a great stay. The location was close to everything including Oxford St., Piccadilly Circus, Soho. The bus stop to the public transport buses just right outside the building, and the Marbel Arch train station is 5 mins walk away. The staff was helpful, room was clean, the air conditioning was super cold.

Bin was still full from last guest and toilet as ‘dirty’ - not cleaned either from last guest Knew the style of hotel and keen to try. Very dusty and the standard of cleaning is not up to scratch at all Very soulless place Zero amenities, no kettle, water, hairdryer, cupboards - simply sleep, shower and leave
