It would be good if the booking infirmation was more explicit on the following: a) that a towel is provided b) to lock the pod a padlock is needed - I would have brought one if I had known.

Nice capsule hotel. Something to have experienced once in your live. Super location in the middle of the city centre. Do bring a lock or buy one at the hotel to close up your capsule. It’s safer that way.

The stay was okay, but I was quite disappointed with the lock situation. The listing mentioned it could be locked from both sides, but in reality, it only locks from the inside. They offer a lock for £8, but it doesn’t actually secure the capsule—it’s more decorative than functional. Also, note that towels cost £5 if you don’t have one.

The pods look great & are comfortable but every time the door to the bathroom shut it slamed shut & tge pod shook & the noise was ridiculous. Its still a building site with trip hazards on the fire escapes & the electric room was unlocked. One of the lifts was out of order on Sunday & tge card writer didn't work on Saturday. The showers are badly designed as all the floor gets wet so nowhere dry to stand. Some toilet seats were broken. This place will look terrible in a year or two due to very bad design & cheap materials.

There was dirt under the bed, the bathroom was not very clean, and the sink was blocked with standing water. The whole place feels like it is under construction, the stairs are confusing and not clearly signposted, and one of the lifts was out of order, which caused long queues to go up and down.
