Clean room. Helpful staff at reception. I appreciated the reception offering me a room on the 3rd floor as it was quieter than the lower floors and I was staying for three nights on a business trip.

Okay room, lift wasn’t working and they put me in the 3rd floor. Usually I’m always on first or basement. Never had breakfast included as I was meant to from previously, rooms are clean and I did get the room cleaned and they done a wonderful job. If good price worth staying.

I stayed here because of the Heathrow surge disruption, I paid over £1000 for one night due to surge pricing but all I needed was a bed having been turfed out of Heathrow with no place to go and no bag. This small hotel was friendly and efficient, I was only there for 7 hours as I had to trek back to Heathrow next morning. Usual rate is very reasonable from what I can tell , it’s a clean functional small room with a bed which may be all you need.
