The breakfast was great (but menu is repetitive so if you are thinking about staying there for long, take that into consideration!). The bar had a great atmosphere and good operating hours. I didnt received an email with £1 discount. Guy at the reception had no clue. Basically all guys at the reception had no knowlege and they seemed annoyed when I asked them for more info or help. Cleaning staff should work at the reception as they were very friendly and helpfull. It was too much noise in the dorm. Overall last year I had much better experience.

The room was clean and the shower had great hot water and high pressure. The toilet was a bit finicky, though, and one of our faucets wouldn’t shut off all the way, so it was slowly dripping water. There are a few trains close by, making it easy to get farther away. The Tower Bridge and other attractions are an easy walk away.
