Location is the key of this property. 5min walk to Paddington station which makes it a perfect base if you’re travelling in and out of London Heathrow. The bathroom however is the smallest I’ve ever seen. It could not be any smaller.

We selected this property because of is location near to Paddington station. It is an easy ten minute walk. It is also close to the Edgeware Road tube station. Our room was tight but not impossibly sized. The breakfast looked nice but we did not eat at the hotel. There are many restaurants in the immediate area but keep in mind they close fairly early. (Thank you to Micky's Fish and Chips for a great late night meal!) There staff at the property went above and beyond to help us with any request.

The property is so convenient, just steps from Paddington. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Room was clean and exactly as it looks online and described. The little kitchen was well stocked. We didn’t use the laundry or gym and we didn’t opt for eating breakfast there but it always looked great!

The room was spotlessly clean and the bed comfy. The blackout blind was great, kitchen equipment well stocked. The hotel honored a special request I made, which I was grateful for. Self check in was easy, with friendly staff on hand to help if needed. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Booked an Accessible Studio room, that for the most part was excellent. Spacious for 2 adult manual wheelchair users and another adult. Outside of our room not being ready at 3pm, we had to wait around for about 30 mins until it was, the location was perfect for our vacation so close to Paddington Station with fairly easy access to it from the hotel. The rooms only 2 issues we had it had no shower chair or bench, that made showing very challenging, but had plenty of grab bars to use for balance. The other issue was room temp controls that made it hard to keep the room at a comfortable level. It was either too Hot or Cold. I would defiantly stay here again or other in the chain due to the room types, and value.

Great parking for London in a secure underground car park. Bit of a nightmare to get in to but spacious. Rooms are a decent size and good blackout blinds.
