Great spot for a quick stay over in London. Walkable, safe, close to great coffee, food..and bus line easy to catch to go into other areas. The staff were super friendly and helpful. If you’re not accustomed to small spaces just go with it..the rooms are compact but that’s city life in Europe. I will be returning for sure.

Location, location, location. Hard to beat. Nice folks, little tiny kitchenette allows for you to have snacks and breakfast on hand. Small rooms for an American traveler. One elevator makes getting up and down seven floors time consuming, especially when the staff is cleaning.

The location is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and kitchenette is well stocked. The rooms are very compact and not suitable for over 60 demographics, as the bed is very high and you can not walk around the bed. The floor in the shower stall is very slippery.

Fabulous location.

Apartments in an excellent location. Able to walk to most of London’s sights. Spotlessly clean. Very well equipped. Staff very helpful. The only issue is the bed is in an alcove and you have to climb on to the bed from the end.

Location was outstanding! Just a few minutes walk to the Covent Gardens Market, a very festive area with many nice restaurants, pubs, upscale shops and entertainment. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and clean but rather small/tight for my wife and I. Also the room design wasn’t practical. For example the King bed was pushed against the far wall so that one of us had to crawl over the other to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night (actually 2 times/night for this 65 year old man). Also the bathroom was so small that there was no sink in it. The sink was outside the bathroom next to the bed. This would be a great setup for a single person but quite challenging for us.

Staff were fantastic, very helpful and welcoming. Superior room was very nice felt it was a bit of style over substance - lack of plugs near a mirror, very poor lighting. Gave Aparthotels by Wilde a try for a change over my regular london hotel and was rather displeased by the service the team gave and the lack of assistance. The room was rather cramped and cold despite setting the temperature to a warm heat and the bathroom (if you call it that) was not clean at all. The hotel decor is very bland. Will not be staying here again!
