Great location in the old Notting Hill row house district. Safe neighborhood and plenty of pubs with the yellow line only a couple blocks away. That said, the rooms are in old Notting Hill row houses and they seem to have done the best they can with the resources available, but the price was fair and if all you need is a bed and bath, this was fine. Staff was great and we would stay there again.
It was clean and staff was at the front desk 24/7. Our room and bed were just quite small. We were also on the third floor so the room was very hot

Location was great, close to mutiple tube stations. However, it was very run down, there was no way to open the windows, which I found terrible. I also got bed bug bites!

The hotel itself could be upgraded. It’s in a great area, and the staff was awesome
Staff are very friendly and helpful. They are renovating we were in the basement. No fresh air, shower was small…so small the shower door didnt close as the door was too large for the space. You get what you pay for.
Close to underground, multiple shops and restaurants.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and shower was good
For the price we paid this hotel was excellent value. Entrance to hotel is smart and modern, very helpful staff. Our room on top floor was small but perfectly adequate for our needs. Good location - underground and buses all nearby. Would certainly choose this hotel again for short stays in London.
The neighborhood was convenient, and the room, while pretty shabby, was clean. However, the shower in my room was broken, the water pressure was poor, and the towels were threadbare and stained.
That said, it was extremely inexpensive and the front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Excellent vacation for tourists, but I would recommend this if you need a quick stay or one or two nights. I was getting tired of the narrow hallways and musty rooms, but to be honest London in this neighborhood is just like that. But an excellent location if you’re trying to zip around the city quick.

Room was clean and tidy but very small. The staff were really helpful. Shower water pressure was extremely low which was a bit inconvenient. Finally, the walls are very thin so sounds travel easily. Having said all this, the location is good and the hotel was affordable and nice.

Every time I woke up in the morning, I had new bites on my body. I thought maybe they were mosquito bites but many told me that mosquitoes are not typical in London. I’m quite certain the room I stayed in has bed bugs. The mattress looked clean but the bugs could be hiding in cracks on the wall or between the base boards. I got bitten several times on my ankles, arms, hands and neck. I could provide pictures of the bites on my body. Other than that the room looked clean. I was eager to leave that room. The room was very hot and it was too small to be comfortable and with the bed bugs, it was overall a very uncomfortable stay.
Hotel room is small but tidy and cozy. Our room was only cleaned once but I don’t think it’s scheduled at a regular time so we might have been there when they tried. Towels were replaced every other day. Neighborhood is quaint with lots of places to eat and shop close by.
Clean, simple hotel. Two stars so wasn't expecting too much. Housekeeping said towels changed every other day but I had to request this specifically. Staff very friendly. Just a suggeston if youre staying a few nights, due to the thin walls between rooms, you may want to pack ear plugs to get a decent nights sleep! Otherwise, god few nights break and would definitely stay here again.
Property is in a great location, within easy walking distance to transportation, pubs, restaurants and points of interest. I would definitely stay there again.
The hotel is within easy access of the three stations, Bayswater, Queensway and Royal Oak. The hotel's lift is very useful if you have heavy luggage. The staff members of the front desk and housekeeping are very friendly. My single room was more spacious than three other hotel rooms I had ever stayed in London. I would like to stay Wedgewood Hotel next time if possible.
