Extremely convenient to the trains at Kings Cross. Clean but rather small room. Good place for a stayover before taking train. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Allowed us to store luggage for most of the day after checking out since we had a late evening flight.

The exterior looks great, inside it’s very tired; the room is basic and small, but very clean. The people in the other rooms were considerate, yet we could hear them talking in their room. However, with the room overlooking the back of the hotel, it was otherwise quiet and with a pretty nice view. The location couldn’t be better, only 5 minutes away from St Pancras. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a two single beds room below the ground floor, staff was really great, very helpful and friendly. Very close to the main train stations which we used for travel in London, around the UK, and to Paris, so staying so close was a plus. Rooms and hallways were small, and entirely stairs-based so no access for wheelchair users (did not apply to us). Overall very simple but very clean and a place to rest your head; it’s good choice on a budget.

Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. Convenient to St Pancras and Eurostar. Easy access to underground. Twin room and its bathroom are very small, so don’t plan on spending a lot of time there. No elevator so if you can’t do steps, book first floor. Overall a very good stay.

The hotel was in a great location, and the staff were very nice and helpful. The street was quiet despite being close to a major train station and the beds were comfortable so we slept well. The only negative aspect was the size of the room, probably too small for two single beds because there was no place to put our things, no wardrobe or table or chair. We ended up putting our things on the beds during the day and under the beds at night.

The night shift concierge is very rude , impolite and impatient to answer any questions. Frankly speaking, daytime concierge is good and nice. The outside street is very noisy even in midnight.
