The hotel had some decent reviews online for the price point so we booked here. And honestly, the service from Efe as soon as you walked through the door made it feel like a home from home. He was very friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure staying.

The staff were incredibly helpful, very pleasant. The buidling was very different to what was expected. The stairs were a bit small and seemed a bit dangerous, the carpets could do with changing.

Convenient location, just a short walk from Whitechapel tube station. Our room was a good size, with a little balcony attached to sit outside when weather behaving itself. Clean place, comfy bed, room had lots of extras (fridge, fan, microwave, hairdryer), good value for money, staff super friendly & helpful. Would stay again.

The staff at this hotel are lovely and genuinely care about their hotel. I felt welcomed and it was exactly what it is shown as, a 3.5 star hotel great for just a night or two. The overall stay was good, very friendly and accommodating staff. Place was very clean and presentable. The small single beds too stiff, and quite uncomfortable however the double was great.

We were really comfortable at the Vilenza hotel. The place is very quiet and you will have a great night sleep. It's also located near Whitechapel underground which makes it easy to get anywhere. The neighborhood is not the best but we did not feel unsafe. Good bang for the buck

I travelled with my parents. The room we stayed was not as shown in the pictures on the website, it was a different location. It was affordable with all the necessary amenities. It was clean and towels were changed every day.
