We had the suite which was lovely & spacious., but the bed I didn’t find to be very comfortable. However it was Clean and well soundproofed from the outside noise. Bathroom let it down., although looked great, It was smelly at times and water was only tepid in temperature in sink & shower, sink took ages to drain. Staff at front desk were friendly & courteous.

Great location and space. We opted for the suite which gave us plenty of needed room especially for the location. It’s an older building and there were some areas where there are needed fixes especially in the bathroom and elevator.

The only thing good about this was the location and the friendly front desk staff. The room didn’t feel clean. The towels were gross. The sink didn’t drain. And we didn’t sleep for three nights because there was so much noise from the air-conditioning unit. I don’t recommend staying here. There’s so many other better places you can book.

The hotel and staff are great, it was a convenient location. That said it's like Times Square and all that brings..but surprisingly the windows are excellent and you don't hear a thing. We were on the 2nd floor and slept well in the comfy bed. Rooms are small but we weren't there to lounge in a room but to see the town so it suited our needs. We didn't partake in the breakfast but it looked good. Staff was friendly and helpful. In the heart of Chinatown and the theater area it's a good, fairly priced option.
