Close to the station and amenities, staff very helpful. We stayed in family room, beds were very comfortable, you could hear the tubes underground rumble a little bit, but that didn’t really bother us as we were out alot and they do stop. Would stay again.

We stayed here for a night when we went to see Duran Duran at Hyde Park, fantastic location 10 minute walk to Hyde Park & near to Paddington station. Room was small but it was fine for one night & spotlessly clean. Staff were lovely & friendly, I would definitely stay here again 😄

The staff were incredibly helpful. I loved this hotel. I was there during a really hot week and i was so glad they had air con. It was worth the extra money. Excellent location. I even got to enjoy the park in front. I would stay here again and again.

Excellent location for Paddington, friendly helpful staff, room was clean, I was in a basement room from which the trains were audible but it wasn't much of a problem, the only fly in the ointment was when after check in I was told to have use of the aircon it would be an extra £10 a night, if I'd stayed more than one night I think that would have been a problem
