Tower suites was wonderful. Everyone was very helpful. The location is great. It’s a 1 min walk to the train station which makes getting around London really easy. We stayed in the executive suite. The room was spacious and clean. It also had a washing machine/ dryer combo in the room which was very useful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great property with an amazing location. Trains can be a little loud depending on your location in the hotel. Would certainly stay here again for the location at Tower bridge and access to the Metro.

A great location with immediate access to Tower Hill tube, helping to get you into town really fast. Good amenities but they seem to stick to the 3pm check-in time so if coming into the area early, such as an overnight flight, like we did, you can drop your bags but not gain early access to your room.
