Lovely apartment, everything we needed, didn't need anything big because only there for a weekend,so room perfect,it hadlcoffee maker ,kettle, iron,ironing board and hairdryer.easy to use ,to access48 hours with codes given before arrival day .AFew pubs nearby including wether spoon ,tower bridge just up road.We had a great stay , great communication throughout trip with hotel .

The mini apartment had been recently refurbished had everything was quite new and quite clean. We just found a travel-size bottle of shampoo in the shower that some previous guest left and that was not removed by the cleaners. The queen bed was small But comfortable, and there were no windows. No recycling was possible, as there was only one bin. Location was great and self check-in very handy with a door code that we received in advance. The property staff was helpful and provided us with extra coffee pods for the coffe machine.

The room was in the basement even though it had not been disclosed in the listing. The room did not have a mini-refrigerator even though the listing said it would have a refrigerator. Another lady might have said something similar about her unit.

Hi, This is bring to your notice that I have booked the Hotel through the Expedia but unfortunately to mention that the condition of the Hotel is absolutely in bad shape. There is no window and there is no ventilation and the room is very compact and because of the same I was sick as there was no AC in the room and it was very hot. I have booked the room for 4 days and and stayed there for 2 days and in the meantime tried to contact the concerned department to resolve the issue but sorry to mention that nobody has taken up my request seriously. I was supposed to return bangladesh on 9th of July, however in this situation I have to prepone my travel and returned back to Bangladesh on 2nd July as I was sick and could not be able to continue my travel. Basis the above, I request to please initiate a refund of the said amount of USD 1126 to my account. Your early action in this regard is highly appreciated.
