Great location. Near the central subway line, Marble Arch and a major bus hub. We took busses over the tube to most attractions. Also close to shopping, from Primemark to Mark & Spencers to Selfridge. The room was a good size, but it was tired. The rug needed to be replaced, there were numerous stains and marks. The staff was always attentive and helpful. Breakfast buffet is extensive, but its at the hotel across the street.

I was extremely happy with my stay. I selected the king deluxe room and it was very spacious and quiet. It was very close to the tube and bus. I would most certainly stay here again.

Good location for a London visit

Great hotel steps from Marble Arch. Close to public transport links bus stops etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows very comfortable too. We had breakfast included which was at the Cumberland Hotel next door, plenty of selection of cooked and continental food. Would stay again.

It's in a great spot, close to Marble Arch, Hyde Park and shopping on Oxford Street. The hotel is round the corner from the Marble Arch tube station. We had a few issues as the hotel is in the process of refurbishing the rooms, it would have been good to have been advised of this before we arrived. The staff however were friendly and very helpful sorting out our problems. We'll definitely consider staying here again when we next visit the London

Location and staff were great. The shower door didn’t close so bathing was a waterpark in the bathroom. One of the lifts was broken and none of the lifts took us to our floor (and do not ever have access to that floor). We had to carry heavy luggage and belongings up another flight of serpiginous, narrow hallways. We managed fine but was annoying after such a long flight and I dont think people with disabilities or health issues would do well under these circumstances.

The best customer service ever from these two staff members: Minal and Ali Mansour. I was there celebrating my 50th birthday. Right before I got ready to leave the United States one of best friends passed away. You never know what someone is going through. These two people made my birthday trip even better. The reception area, waiting room and lift not great but room was fresh and modern. Breakfast next door at The Cumberland was great. Staff were helpful and friendly.
