This is a great hotel to stay when flying from Heathrow t5. The staff are wonderful and so helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The clincher for me is the pod which is a sort of people mover on a rail that goes to and from the Thistle and T5, it makes it so easy.

Perfect location when flying from terminal 5. We used the pods to the terminal in the morning which was super convenient. Arrived relatively late so didn’t use the restaurant etc, shop was expensive if you wanted drinks etc, take a bottle of water with you.

Super convenient for Heathrow terminal 5 and good value. Be sure to get a ground floor room if you have heavy luggage as there is no lift. The bus from Heathrow arrivals takes no more than 5 minutes (two stops) to get to the hotel. Check out in the morning was easy and using the pods to get to Terminal 5 for an early flight is really easy and a great experience. Will definitely stay here again for early flights.
