This hotel was exactly what we were looking for! Location, clean, quiet, great breakfast and best staff!! It was so nice to have a tub with the shower and air-conditioning! Also, great location next to Kensington Gardens, which offered a great start to the trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was ok and good location. Only issues were they forgot to clean our room one day and our shower/tub was draining very slow. We reported it to them and they promised to send someone but the problem was still there the next day which was when we checked out.

This is a good place to stay especially if you want to be able to walk to Paddington, where you can take the train to Windsor Castle and Heathrow. The rooms were very clean and modern, and clearly renovated with good bathrooms and shower. The location is good. It is indeed on top of a petrol station but it was very quiet and you don’t notice once inside. The breakfast was only okay, not a great buffet, more ‘B’ level but serviceable. I’d recommend and stay again.

The staff were very friendly and met all our needs. Thomas and Pean were so helpful. Extra pillows? No problem. Shower was great! Quiet and easy to get to food, groceries. Comfortable bed. There is a park right across the street. One wish, we wish the bathroom had a fan. We will be back!

Overall we had a mixed stay. There a lot of good things ie the staff, food and location. On a slightly negative side the bedding could be improved and something that can’t be changed .. the proximity to the road bcos on a few occasions the sirens from police cars woke me up. Also I paid for a family room with a double bed and a single. However we recieved a room with two single beds in it and we recieved no explanation or refund.

The people at the desk were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was clean and well arranged. I liked that the shower had a full glass enclosure, so water didn't get on the floor. I liked that the air conditioning didn't blow directly on my head as I lay in bed. The room was small as I expected. There were no drawers for socks and underwear. The closet space was limited so this hotel is better for short stays. The cleaning person didn't vacuum thoroughly because the same sock fuzz stayed on the carpet for several days. When you go to check in, remember the entrance is not on Bayswater Road. It is just slightly around the corner, to the right, on Porchester Road.
