The staff were very nice. The location was perfect for my needs (convenient to theatre I was going to & Covent Garden shops). My room was clean but tiny, fine for 2 nights I needed but wouldn't have wanted to stay much longer.

Room and property were very clean, it is centrally located and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was hot and the heat pump was not working very well so we couldn’t get comfortable. Room was teeny tiny but this was not surprising

We were there for a mother daughter trip and it was great. The staff was helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed arriving on a Tuesday and getting to enjoy the Wine and Cheese reception when we got there.

Be aware it is VERY small! Excellent location and great staff. We were ok with it for 3 nights because it’s an amazing location. Clean and great staff. Would stay again, but not with another person that isn’t spouse!
