We had a wonderful time staying at this location! My husband and I stayed for a single night. This hotel is very central and close to transportation hubs. Our only complaint was that the water did not get to be very hot. The staff was very kind and AC worked perfectly.

The hotel is in an ideal location for anyone who is watching a London show near Trafalgar Square and the room the room was plenty of room for one but a squeeze for two people but as your only there to sleep, the cost of the room is very reasonable

Superb hotel. Amazing location, great staff, clean and very new-looking rooms and building. Note that at this hotel, you get what you need, but not excess. Compared to a much more expensive hotel, such as a Marriott, the rooms are small. Housekeeping comes but every other day. What you receive is excellence at an unbeatable price. I highly recommend this hotel for a short or long trip to London and its tourist areas (we stayed 5 nights).

Amazing location in the middle of the theater district with awesome food and entertainment options on your doorstep. The hotel is a no-frills option with small rooms (at an excellent price) and aircon (essential during a nasty heat wave), meant to meet your basic needs while you spend all of your time exploring and enjoying London.

We were very pleased with this hotel. the location is great - even though it is right in the middle with a great location to reach all the best tourist spots it is a nice quite corner. The staff was so friendly and the breakfast buffet was great to get our day started. Also loved coming back for the afternoon happy hour - delicious cheese and crackers with great choices of drinks were all included. I would recommend this hotel

This was our first stay in a Z hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. We had a family room with a double bed and two bunk beds. It was spotless. Compact but fine. The drinks and cheese in the basement were fantastic. My only complaints were the shower gel container in the shower was empty but we’d brought our own anyway and the fact the towels didn’t get replaced. The staff were always really nice. Positioned a 2 minute walk from Leicester Square tube station. I will definitely stay there again.

The staff were all helpful and kind. Breakfast was good. The location is great if you want to be within walking distance to so many of London’s theaters and historical spots. The rooms were very clean but very , very small. And very quiet.
