I really enjoyed my stay! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable—I slept wonderfully. The amenities were excellent, and I especially appreciated the free breakfast, which was high quality and delicious. The only downside was that my room was located right next to a door leading from the main lobby to the rooms, so I could hear every time someone opened or closed it.

The room was very tiny but for one person and one night it did its job. It was a bit annoying being in the 6th floor with a lot of heavy luggage as there were a few stairs to navigate and the lift was slow. Really well situated for central London, especially around the Covent Garden area. Not far from Holborn station for access to the Central and Picadilly lines and a short walk to Tottenham Court Road for Central, Elizabeth and Northern lines. It was okay. A functional room for one person. It will be tight for two people. Other things they advertise in the hotel such as breakfast and wine and cheese daily are for an additional charge or membership, which travelers won’t usually have memberships. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned, not your usual daily room cleaning like most hotels.

Great location that is pretty safe and convenient to many attractions. Rooms are small but very clean and has all basics (except no fridge or microwave—typical fo Europe). Staff was very friendly. They were able to hold our bags while we continued to explore after checkout.
