Room was as described, compact but had everything we needed, including a much needed Nespresso machine for that morning coffee. My son loved the high bunk double bed. Staff were so welcoming and friendly and the food included with our club room was very welcome after our long delayed train journey especially. Will definitely use Z hotels again. Also location was perfect for our London visit.

A lot better than expected for just 1 night. The only thing I didn’t know how to turn off every light when sleeping but overall it was good the staff were really nice and helpful , central so good location would recommend to anyone staying for a few days.

Received an upgrade top a family club room which had the novelty for me of an upstairs room. Great for small families. the room had tea and coffee facilities. a great shower room and for those who want it a big TV in each bed room. Breakfast was really good with a wide variety off hot and cold food

The property is centrally and conveniently located and really good value for money. It is a 2 minute walk from Holborn station and 7 minutes from Covent Garden putting you in the action. There are lots of restaurants, pubs and coffee shops in the area. The staff were very accommodating and are able to luggage check before and after your stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great location but gosh a rabbit warren to get to your teeny tiny room. Be warned you get for what you pay for, cosy means cosy means COSY haha Lowdown: -Location is incredible, so close to tube and easy peasy to get to Pancras or Kings -Everything is at your doorstep so very convenient to get around, pubs, shows and wanders -Tea n coffee in the room with a bottle of water and nice towels and bed -Only stayed one night so cannot say if room was refreshed daily Conclusion: Good hotel in an excellent location for a competitive price point but if you’re a travelling couple staying a few days then you may want to pay extra for a bigger room which in turn will increase your comfort tenfold. Who would a thought a window is quite desirable in fact :)

The room was compact, so travel light, but super clean! The bed and pillows were great, airco was working well, lovely selection of coffee/tea in the room. Water pressure was phenomenal btw. All staff we encountered were friendly and professional. Breakfast was good too

The room was small, but well laid out and very clean. I was informed at check in that my party was being given larger rooms on on the “ground floor” (one of the party was on crutches) but was not informed that the rooms were sub-ground level with false or no windows and zero sunlight. That was a negative and a major turn off for one of our party. However, the air conditioning/fan kept the room adequately ventilated and comfortable. In sum, a good but not great stay.

Great location to easily walk to all the area attractions, historic sites and shopping. Family room is a cool design but tight for a family of 4 with luggage. Glass shower and bathroom needs be more private for a family space, other than that we really enjoyed our stay!
