It is very clean, close to the tube and the trainstation and the staff is really nice. The breakfast started a little late, so unfortuantely we weren't able to enjoy that every day since we were there in business regards. But all in all a nice stay!

Nice staff, very cool building. Impressed that you couldn’t hear ANY noise from the pub below! Really lovely room, but the heating system was so noisy that we had a tough time staying asleep for long. Earplugs might help that.

I'll stay here again if I need a room, this end of London. It wasn't the Ritz. And it didn't COST what the Ritz would have. It is a thoroughly modern operation in a very old building. Yes the stairs are narrow, steep... BUT... Room clean. Lovely high ceilings. Room NOT over pub. Excellent sound proofing. LOVELY friendly, competent staff. Excellent cooked breakfast part of cost of room.

A perfect two-night stay for seeing a show at The National Theatre and exploring some of London's sights. Excellent breakfast and enjoyed a wonderful evening meal as well. Staff could not have been any friendlier or more accommodating.

Good high-quality room and excellent breakfast with helpful staff. But you check in and enter through a very crowded and noisy pub, nothing like a hotel experience. Once past that, the room and amenities are good, although the room and shower are both very small.

The property was well situated and very close to Waterloo station. The staff were all very helpful and nice from the check in up to the check out. The room was nice and clean and bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was really good as well. I’ve forgotten my necklace in the room and before I even realized it, I got a message from the hotel that the cleaners found it in the room and they offered to mail it to me if I wasn’t in the area anymore. It was overall a very good experience and I’m looking forward to staying again in the future.

Muy incómodo para llegar a tu habitación especialmente si traes maleta. No hay elevador. El baño es súper pequeño, en la regadera no cabes es extremadamente pequeño. Está muy resbaloso el piso de la regadera.

Vi var väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse! Frukosten var fräsch, god och vi uppskattade buffen vid sidan av en valfri rätt från menyn. Rummen var små men fina och välutrustade. Trots många och högljudda pubgäster hörde vi aldrig dem från rummet om kvällarna vilket var över förväntan. Hotellets läge var perfekt för att se flera delar av London som Burough market och Tower bridge, Big Ben och slottet, Notting Hill och centrala London. Tvärs över gatan ligger dessutom en underground station.

L'hotel é innuna zina comodissima, di fronte a Waterloo station da dove puoi arrivare ovunque. Ottimo il pub sotto l'hotel. Dalla nostra camera, la n. 18, non si sentiva alcun rumore, contrariamente a quanto segnalato da altri ospiti. La camera non era grande, anzi piuttisto piccola ma perfettamente organizzata. Ottima la colazione, sia english che continental (a parte il caffè!). Le camere potrebbero essere un pò più pulite, ecco perchè 4 stelle.
